Delivery & Shipping Policy

​We currently provide fresh flower delivery exclusively within the Grand Rapids, MI area.

For deliveries outside this region, please contact us directly to discuss special arrangements.

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be delivered the next business day, unless otherwise confirmed by phone.

Scheduled Delivery: During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date and time window. While we do our best to meet your preferences, exact times cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a delay, our team will contact the recipient directly.

Special Occasions & Holidays: For peak holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we encourage you to order early to secure your preferred delivery slot, as availability is limited during these times.

Recipient Availability: Deliveries are made within the selected time window. If delays occur, our team will contact the recipient.

Missed Deliveries: Our drivers make one delivery attempt per order. If the recipient is unavailable, we will make up to three phone calls. If still unreachable, we will follow any provided instructions or leave the order at the door and notify the recipient by text.

Incorrect Addresses: Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error are considered fulfilled. A re-delivery fee will apply.

Special Delivery Requests: You may include any delivery notes or preferences at checkout. We will do our best to honor them.

Hospital Deliveries: For hospital deliveries, please provide the recipient’s phone number. Our drivers cannot enter rooms and will leave the flowers at reception or with security.

Shipping of Non-Perishable Gifts (U.S. Only)

We offer nationwide UPS shipping for non-perishable gift items, such as dried florals, candles, and curated gift sets.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Madison Floral, we take pride in creating beautiful, high-quality arrangements and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all fresh floral sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
If there is an issue with your order—such as damaged items, incorrect products, or a missed delivery—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

For non-perishable gift items (e.g. candles, gift boxes, dried florals), we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
